Experience:

  • Directed and managed the international e-publishing activities of Verlag C.H. Beck across multiple countries (Switzerland, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania), including the management of successful online databases such as Legalis.pl, Legalis.ch, Beck-Online.cz, and Beck-Online.sk. In addition to advising local management teams and leading software development projects, I played a key role in developing strategies, products, business models, and organizational frameworks in collaboration with publishing divisions.
  • Led portal development projects, product development, launches, and the management of digital products at Wolters Kluwer Deutschland, including planning, organization, reporting, and business planning.
  • Specified, implemented, and organized an “e-Library” for the Uzbek Constitutional Court and Ministry of Justice on behalf of the IRZ Foundation and the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ). In addition to the technical implementation, I also advised and trained local experts.
  • Co-founder/Managing Director of the publishing consultancy ePublicon GmbH. I managed projects and advised publishers on developing and implementing complex product, sales, and marketing concepts for clients such as Juris, Wolters Kluwer Deutschland, C.H. Beck, and WEKA.
  • Co-founder (together with Prof. Dr. Jürgen Weibler) and Head of Product at the online magazine Leadership Insiders, which provides executives with well-founded and innovative leadership knowledge. In addition to product development, I am responsible for editorial and strategic management.
  • Developed and managed projects for other publishers to launch online and print publications, as well as seminars.
